Come spend your summer in this stylish and welcoming family vacation rental home, nestled in the neighborhood of Naushop, with its one-way streets, community pool, tennis courts, pickleball court and jungle gym. The home is steps away from the bike path and the shuttle stop taking you into Town. Just down the road are the Amelia Drive amenities including a yoga studio, eateries and beauty services. Spread out on four floors, the layout affords enough living and sleeping space for your whole family, including your four-legged friends! As of the spring of 2023, the lower level of the home has been updated and reimagined and photos will be available in May of 2023. The patio is located off of the living room is furnished for outdoor dining. The outdoor shower on the side of the house is ideal after a day at the beach.
First Floor
This summer vacation property enters into a welcoming foyer with a powder room and stairs leading to the second floor. To the left is a light-filled living room with a flat screen TV and doors leading out to the beyond. Beyond is the dining area, with seating for 8, which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has a center island and separate pantry, and the space is spacious enough to welcome the whole family.
Second Floor
Landing with a desk, well suited to set up as a work station; The bedroom with a queen bed and the bedroom with two twin sized beds share a bathroom with a tub/shower, which is located out in the hallway. The master suite is also on this level and includes a king sized bed, TV, walk in closet and a private bathroom with a shower.
Third Floor
Bonus furnished room, ideal for teenagers or for a quiet reading spot.
Lower Level
This level provides an excellent retreat for additional family members and guests; There are two queen bedrooms recently updated with new furnishings and climate control mini-splits. These share a newly updated bathroom out in the hallway. There is a laundry room and an exterior stairwell leads from the yard/outdoor shower down to this level and is a great spot to drop off towels, beach chairs and gear, which are all provided with this rental.

What we like about Naushop
The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
