The property is air conditioned, very comfortably furnished and located about 50 yards from the public pier - a great spot to launch kayaks or a small boat. This quaint cottage provides modern amenities, and the perfect setting to enjoy a summer vacation. Located at the opposite end of this property is the main rental home. The cottage may be rented separately, or when the houses are rented together, it serves as the perfect space for extra guests. This is a NON-Smoking Cottage and Pets are not permitted.

From a large yard with water views is the front porch, complete with outdoor furniture and a grill. Enter into a cozy kitchen and living room area with multiple appliances including a dishwasher, washer dryer and a flat screen TV. Off the living room area is a small bedroom with a Single bed, a full bath with a cast iron tub and access to the back deck with an outdoor shower. In the kitchen, there is high-top table with seating for three. From the kitchen access the half bathroom which is the pass through to the Master bedroom with Queen bed, cathedral ceiling and its own air conditioning zone. The third bedroom has a built in Queen bed and it's own air-conditioning.
