First Floor
Bright sunny living room with cathedral ceiling and skylight. The windows and doors look out over a flagstone patio. The lovely, landscaped yard has a charming potting shed for beach gear storage at the rear of the garden. The large kitchen has all new appliances and a separate laundry area. The master bedroom with a king size bed is on the lower level and looks out over the garden as well. There is a separate bathroom on this floor with tiled shower. There are ceiling fans in all rooms.
Second Floor
Two cozy nautical bedrooms with twin beds and large closets with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The bathroom is shared and has a shower/tub.
