Along with the pool and cabana, there is a large, flat and green grassy yard for young and old to enjoy. The backyard is fenced. The entire property is very private with mature privet hedges and trees as well as hydrangeas everywhere you look. The swimming pool is a 40 by 16-foot salt-water heated pool with stairs across for easy entry and tanning. The cabana includes a five-seat bar with Scotsman ice machine, stainless steel slide top bar refrigerator, sink, margarita machine, and a four-burner Weber grill. Also in the cabana is a great room, play loft, two outdoor showers with Wondershower fixtures, bathroom, and a second LG high-efficiency washer/dryer for towels.
