Off the hall is a door out to the back patio/yard where you will find a gas grill and a dining table with seating for six. 

The second-floor primary has a queen bed with a walk-in closet, flat-screen television, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor, one a queen bed and the other with twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. 

The third floor has a queen bedroom and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.

The lower level has a wet bar with a sink, wine refrigerator, and a high-top table for two. There is a second stacked washer and dryer for overflow laundry. A home theater with a movie projector and two levels of seating is off the front hall. Just beyond are exercise mats with kettlebells and TRX and a full bathroom with a shower.
