Katie Seholm

Katie Seholm has been a year-round island resident since 2003. Before beginning her real estate career, Katie worked for the jewelry designer Ted Muehling in New York City and managed a well-known Nantucket retail store. She studied fashion at Endicott College.

Katie has been a Nantucket real estate advisor for nearly a decade. She combines her commitment to customer service with her love and knowledge of the island to offer her clients a high level of support, guidance, and attention to detail. Katie is based in our Sconset office, just steps from where she spent her childhood summers.

Katie’s local focus is enriched by a keen interest in international children’s issues. She is a member of the board of directors of “Friends Of The Plaster House”, a non-profit organization created in 2020 with the mission of transforming the lives of children with disabilities in Tanzania. In her spare time, Katie likes to travel, ski, sew, and spend time with her family, friends, and little Hunt Terrier named Harvey.
