Michele Lindstedt
Originally hailing from upstate New York, Michele first fell in love with Nantucket when she summered there in 1990. After graduating with a BFA in graphic design, she moved to Nantucket and met her husband, David. Over the next 20 years, Michele created a career in advertising and marketing sales working for various Nantucket magazines, a newspaper, a radio station, and a television station. Many locals know her as the former Director of Sales for Nantucket Magazine and Senior Account Executive for The Inquirer & Mirror Newspaper.
After living and working on the island for 28 years, Michele joined Great Point Properties in 2014. Her in-depth knowledge of island life has naturally translated into a fruitful real estate career, a profession that allows Michele to do what she loves: helping people discover their home on Nantucket, just as she did many years ago. To Michele, building a strong relationship with her clients is founded on her listening skills and impeccable follow-through. She obtained her Brokers License in 2022.
Michele has gained a broader perspective of “island living” after sailing throughout the Caribbean and the Bahamas for two seasons, which quickly became two of her favorite places. She now spends some time in Cape Coral, Florida. When Michele is not working you will find her at the beach walking her dog Casper, fishing, boating, and golfing with her husband David. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Together with David's company, Sankaty Light Inc., a full-service construction company, they are involved with the Nantucket Anglers Club, NISHA, and various other non-profits on the island.
