Nicole Bousquet
Nicole Bousquet has been a trusted advisor in the Nantucket real estate market for over 25 years. She combines her intimate knowledge of the island’s landscapes, people, and culture with her commitment to personal attention to provide the highest level of service to her clients. Nicole’s love for Nantucket informs every aspect of her work and quickly turns clients into lasting friends. Nicole began her real estate career on Nantucket in the early 90s as the assistant to Lawrason Riggs, Jr., a wonderful mentor and highly regarded professional. From that foundation, she quickly established her own successful career.
In 2000, Nicole took a year-long break from her growing real estate practice to double-hand her 46-foot sloop through the Panama Canal and across the South Pacific to New Zealand.
Upon returning to Nantucket a year later, Nicole co-founded a prominent island real estate firm. She sold her partnership in 2012 to work independently, emphasizing the importance of the bespoke service and personal attention that has always been the touchstone of her work.
Nicole joined Great Point Properties in 2015. The company’s broad presence in the marketplace and access to the most sophisticated market research on the island has allowed her to deepen her clients’ understanding of the Nantucket real estate market.
Nicole’s commitment to Nantucket is not limited to work. She raised her two beloved boys, Henry and Charlie (now thriving in college) on the island, cheering at squash matches, challenging them to endless games of tennis, and competing in the occasional race “to the barn and back” with their playful dog Buddy. You can also find Nicole sailing aboard a one-design in Saturday’s Nantucket Yacht Club races. While deeply rooted in Nantucket, Nicole also inspires her sons to see the wide world beyond the island. She is a passionate traveler, committed to raising responsible and respectful citizens of the world. She and her boys cross the country and the globe for an annual travel adventure.
Nicole graduated from Providence College with a degree in both sciences and the humanities, following study and work abroad in Fribourg, Switzerland, and Paros, Greece.
