Tracy Cullinane is part of a large family with four brothers, growing up in St. Louis, Missouri. Before moving to Nantucket in 2002, she spent eight years in Washington, D.C. working in the political arena, first in the Senate on Capitol Hill and then on public affairs, lobbying, and fundraising in the private sector. Tracy started her career in Nantucket Real Estate in the spring of 2002 using the people skills that she honed while working in D.C. to provide exceptional service to her vacation rentals and sales clients. Aside from working with clients and customers, she is a part-time personal trainer. She likes to stay active and is up for just about anything, whether it’s working out in the gym, running in the moors, paddle-boarding, or just walking and exploring all over the island. She holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Tracy and her partner Patrick, like to consider themselves "adventure ready". In recent years, she has focused her attention on training for and participating in long-distance trail running, hiking and stand-up paddleboard racing. She also likes to travel when time allows for a warm-weather getaway or two — including volunteer vacations in Florida, Cuba, Vietnam, and Peru.
