The living room is outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a 52" flat screen TV and sliders to the covered deck and yard. Off the living room is a furnished screened-in porch with comfortable seating. The master suite has a vaulted ceiling, King bed, flat screen TV, computer with printer and fax, a private bathroom with a steam shower and a soaking tub, direct access to outdoor shower, sunken hot tub, private deck and pool.

The landing at the top of the stairs leads to sliders opening onto the wrap around deck with fantastic views of Madaket harbor, Hither Creek and beyond to Tuckernuck Island. To the right is a bedroom with a King bed, sitting area, TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. To the left is a bedroom with a flat screen TV, Queen bed and 2 lofted twin beds above accessed by ladder. The room also has a barn door enclosure. At the end of the hallway there is a bedroom with Bunk bed, Queen on bottom and Single on top, and a flat screen TV. Off the hallway, a bathroom with a shower completes the second floor.

From a large yard with water views is the front porch, complete with outdoor furniture and a grill. Enter into a cozy kitchen and living room area with multiple appliances including a dishwasher, washer dryer and a flat screen TV. Off the living room area is a small bedroom with a Single bed, a full bath with a cast iron tub and access to the back deck with an outdoor shower. In the kitchen, there is high-top table with seating for three. From the kitchen access the half bathroom which is the pass through to the Master bedroom with Queen bed, cathedral ceiling and its own air conditioning zone. The third bedroom has a built in Queen bed and its own air-conditioning.
