Main Street Area Morning Activities
8:30 am to 12:30 pm: Sustainable Nantucket Farmers’ & Artisans’ Market
Cambridge Street, Between Federal & South Water Streets
Shop local produce, cheese, florals, and more for the perfect 4th of July picnic
8:30 am to 12:00 pm: Food Truck Market & Live Music From the ACK Tones
Federal Street, Between Main & India Streets
Stroll through Nantucket's historic cobblestone streets for a true Americana holiday feel
10:00 am: Reading of the Declaration of Independence
Unitarian Chruch, 11 Orange Street
12:00 pm: Water Competition Between Nantucket Fire Department & Boynton Lane Reserves
Main Street, Between Federal & Orange Street

Children’s Beach Activities
In addition to the planned activities, there will be yard games, such as Cornhole, as well as, the Matt Free Tea Toss, face painting, and bubble blowing.
10:00 am: P.J. Moody sings the National Anthem & other patriotic songs
10:30 am: Nanpuppet Show
11:00 am: P.J. Moody Singalong
11:30 am: Bike Parade
5:00 pm: Children’s Games on the Beach
Three-Legged, Wheel Barrow, & Potato Sack Races
Tug-of-War
Fireworks at Jetties Beach
6:00 pm: NRTA Wave Buses will drive from the Whaling Museum to the corner of Bathing Beach Road & Hulbert Avenue
After the show, the buses will return to the Whaling Museum
Occurs every 20 minutes
9:00 pm: 25-27 minute firework show
