Now that the holidays are behind us, it is time to say goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024. Here are a few fun and festive ways you can celebrate the new year on Nantucket:

Cisco Brewers New Year's Eve (Eve) Party

If you’re looking to start celebrating the new year early, you will want to check out Cisco Brewer’s New Year's Eve Eve Party, held on Saturday, December 30th from 12:00 PM until 7:00 PM. For those who are not familiar with the iconic brewery, this is a great place to enjoy beer, Triple Eight cocktails, and live music with family and friends.

“10 is the New Midnight” at The Nantucket Hotel

This year, the Nantucket Hotel will celebrate the start of 2024 by hosting an NYE gala called “10 is the New Midnight.” The event will benefit Nantucket Island Safe Harbor for Animals. Starting at 8:00 PM, the event will offer live music, light bites, desserts, toasts throughout the evening, and a “ball drop” at 10:00 PM for those who wish to be in bed by midnight. Breeze, the Nantucket Hotel’s restaurant, will be offering a festive NYE prix fixe dinner menu starting at 5:00 PM.

NYE Party @ The Gaslight

On Sunday, December 31st, The Gaslight will host a New Year's Eve party. This will be their last night before closing for the winter. The Gaslight is a summertime hotspot that is known for its live music. For just $10 at the door, you can enjoy a night of great music, great cocktails, and a champagne toast at midnight. This is an event you won’t want to miss!

ACK Nauti NYE Party @ The Nautilus

Sister restaurant to The Gaslight, The Nautilus is yet another spot that will be hosting a party to celebrate the start of 2024. Jump-Start Your 2024 Resolutions!

For those who do not want to wait until January 1st to begin their fitness journey, Studio Nantucket will be offering a 90-minute NYE SWEAT class on Sunday, December 31st, at 11:30 AM. This class will include barre, high-intensity barre, and stretch with three of their amazing teachers! Click here to sign up.

Nantucket Cycling and Fitness will be offering a special New Year's Day workout on January 1st at 11:30 AM. The class will consist of a 10-minute warm-up and a 45-minute workout where you can choose between a high-intensity burn or sculpt and weights. Not only is this a great way to start 2024, but it is a great class for people of all skill levels.
