Here's our guide to some of the best spots around the island:
Black-Eyed Susan’s
The beloved Black-Eyed Susan’s breakfast is back at last! Known for its cozy atmosphere, homestyle cooking, and legendary pancakes, this is an island favorite. They are only walk-in, but we promise the wait is worth it!
Island Kitchen
Island Kitchen is the perfect place to start your morning for a classic and delicious breakfast. There is something for everyone and you can enjoy your food inside or outside in the morning sun. Plus, did you know they just opened a juice bar, which you can visit daily from 7am - 2pm next to the restaurant!
Lemon Press
If you're looking for a healthy and organic start to your day, Lemon Press is the place to be. This trendy café focuses on fresh ingredients and offers a variety of vegan and gluten-free options. Their smoothie bowls and cold-pressed juices are not to be missed.
Corner Table Café
Situated within the Nantucket Culinary Center, Corner Table Cafe is a hidden gem that offers easy breakfast options and specialty coffee, tea, and matcha options (a favorite in our office!). Enjoy your breakfast sandwich or chia pudding in the charming cafe or outside on their comfortable patio.

Or, The Whale
If you’re looking for a yummy and fun weekend brunch, check out Or, The Whale on Main Street. Located in the heart of town, a great spot to start a morning of shopping after some brunch and mimosas! We recommend this spot for a social, lively scene.
Born and Bread
For fresh house-made bread, pastries, coffee, and sandwiches, Born and Bread will make everyone happy. This is the spot to be for a casual breakfast - get there early to avoid a line!
The Downyflake
The Downyflake is famous for its donuts. You will also find a bigger selection of fresh pastries or can sit down for a simple American-style breakfast in their old-school diner cafe. Conveniently located Mid-Island.
