Valentine's Day on Nantucket

It’s almost Valentine’s Day! If you’re celebrating on Nantucket, we’ve rounded up a few activities to get you in the spirit:

• Gaslight is coming out of hibernation to host Cupid’s Nightmare, short comedic plays, in partnership with Nantucket’s Short Play Group. The event is on Friday, February 11, with a $5 cover.

• Bartlett Farm is hosting a Valentine-themed plant potting event on Saturday, February 12. While you’re there, check out Bartlett's Valentine’s Day wine guide. 

• Corner Table is your one-stop shop for Valentine’s treats, offering heart pinatas, truffle sets, and more!

• Stop by Flowers on Chestnut to pick out a hand-crafted bouquet for your loved one.

• Nantucket Bookworks and Mitchell’s Book Corner are offering love-inspired book displays all weekend, accompanied by sweet treats available for purchase. 

• For kids: visit the Atheneum for Valentine’s Day-themed grab & go crafts.

• Go to Wicked Island Bakery for special desserts such as chocolate-covered strawberries and festive morning buns!

• Shop local for gifts at island favorites such as Vis-a-Vis, Nantucket Clothing Company, and Pageo Jewelers!
