This rental has a great outdoor living space and features a beautiful mahogany deck with a seating area and grill, the perfect spot to hang out after a long day at the beach. The bus stop is located near the property and is very convenient to take to the beaches or downtown. New heated in-ground pool, fire pit with lounge seating and sun chairs and outdoor shower for 2021 season. All showers are complete with Beekman 1802 luxury organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Sonos surround sound throughout the common areas. Custom floor to ceiling shiplap throughout the common spaces.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room has a twin over full bed with a trundle bed underneath and an ensuite bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
