This beautifully built home and guest house in the heart of Brant Point is modernly decorated and has top of the line appliances. Close to town and the Jetties, this is the perfect location for a getaway on Nantucket.

First Floor

Enter through the front door of the upside down main house. The spacious entry way has a table with chairs and french doors that provide access to the porch and patio area toward the back of the house. A large en suite bedroom with King size bed has a bath with shower on the left hand side of the entryway. To the right are two bedrooms, one with Queen size bed and one with two Twins, which share a hall bath with tub/shower combo.

Second Floor

The stairs from the first floor lead into the open kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and access to the rear deck with outdoor dining and grill. The living room has a comfortable couch, large flat screen TV and french doors that lead to a front deck with distant views of Nantucket Sound. The dining room has a square dining table with seats for 10. The Master bedroom is located on this level with an en suite bath with shower and walk in closet. There is a powder room which has can be accessed by both the Master suite or through the kitchen area.

Cottage

Enter into the cottage into the dining and living area. The dining table has seating for 4 and there are couches and a large flat screen TV. Stairs lead to a mid level kitchen. Go up a flight of stairs to get to the bedroom with King size bed and en suite bath with shower and walk in closet. There is a balcony off of the bedroom which looks over the common area in the back between the two homes.
