'Hilltop' is a vacation rental that is located at the head of the harbor in Wauwinet, facing west, allowing for fabulous sunsets in the evening. There is a sandy beach located directly in front of the house which is perfect for wading and boating.
First Floor
The main part of the home was updated in 1999; The first floor is one large area which includes the kitchen, living and dining area, an open 'beach cottage' feel. Off of this area is a TV room. Proceed down the hallway towards the original part of the home. This includes two bedrooms, each with two twin sized beds with a shared powder room in between the two rooms. Next is a bedroom with a full sized bed followed by a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed and views of the harbor. A bathroom with a shower is located out in the hallway which both bedrooms share.
Second Floor
Bedroom with two twin beds; Bedroom with a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Bathroom out in the hallway with a tub/shower.

What we like about Wauwinet
The only business in the area, the Wauwinet Inn offers fine dining, spa services, exquisite rooms, and boat service to town for their guests and diners. Wauwinet is also where you access Great Point, the peninsula that forms Nantucket’s northernmost tip, and home to Great Point Light. Great Point remains under the protection of the Nantucket Conservation Foundation and the state’s Trustees of Reservations. An excursion along this ever-changing and unspoiled landscape, by boat or via four-wheel-drive vehicle, is a must-see while visiting Nantucket.
