This beautiful vacation property is nestled just outside of the heart of Nantucket's historic town. This farmhouse-style home features four bedrooms, expanisive backyard, and a pool, making this an ideal summer rental.
First Floor
Enter onto a farmer's porch that leads into a welcoming foyer with stairs to the second floor. Straight ahead is a spacious dining area featuring a custom designed chandelier and built-in shelves as well as a concealed wet bar with a copper sink. Beyond is the cathedral ceiling living room, with a fireplace and window seat which opens up to the kitchen area. The owners captured the "farmhouse" look in this thoughtfully designed kitchen with double ovens, a farm sink, and stainless GE appliances. The center island has a five-burner gas stove top and seating for four guests. Glass doors from the living area lead to a light and bright sun room with a slate floor and access to the gardens, spacious yard, spa and 18' by 48' pool. To the left of the dining area is a bathroom with a tub/shower and a bedroom with two closets.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs to the left is a bedroom with two closets and an over-sized window seat that doubles as a twin bed. In the hall, there is a bathroom with a tub/shower that also offers direct access to a front facing bedroom. The spacious master bedroom offers a southern exposure balcony with views of the grounds. The master also includes, a custom built desk, three closets, one of which is a walk-in, and a private bathroom appointed with a large tiled shower, a soaking tub and vanity with two sinks.

The lower level includes the laundry area.
