The classic Nantucket Upside-down house has 5 bedrooms on the first floor, including a large primary suite with a king-size bed, desk, chairs and ensuite bath with dual vanities and access to the back porch. There are two guest rooms with queen-size beds that share a bathroom to the right of the primary. To the left of the primary suite is a kid's room with bunk beds, and another bedroom with two full beds which share a hall bathroom with the bunk room. There is an outdoor shower in a private yard with access to the wrap-around covered porch.
Second Floor
Upstairs there is a new and modern open concept kitchen featuring two dishwashers and a 6-burner Wolfe stove. The dining area leads out to a deck for outdoor entertaining and peek-a-boo ocean views. The kitchen is bookmarked with 2 separate living areas; one with a large sectional and big screen television. The other has two sofas, and is perfect for reading or socializing. A powder room completes the floor.
