Entry from the new deck into the galley-style kitchen and living area which prominently features a bank of windows with panoramic views of the harbor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a single bed up top. There is also a trundle single bed that can be pulled out. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Both bedrooms have a new mini-split heating and cooling system as does the living area. The pantry just off the kitchen houses the washer and dryer.
