The lovely furnished deck adjoins all three living spaces and offers a private retreat for dining or relaxing.

First Floor

Upon entry, there is a living room to the right, a hall bath with a tub to the left, and stairs straight ahead leading to the second floor. Pass through to a dining room with seating for ten guests. There is a small, cozy den adjacent to the dining area with a television. Beyond is an updated kitchen with stainless appliances and a laundry area. A door off of the kitchen area leads to a small studio with a day bed and a bar with an ice maker, wine refrigerator, and dishwasher. The full bathroom has a glassed enclosed shower. Â ATTACHED COTTAGE: Bedroom to the right with a queen bed. The living room leads to a dining area for four and a small kitchen. Beyond is a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs in the main house, there is a bathroom with a glassed enclosed shower. To the right is a bedroom with a king bed that leads to a walk through the bedroom with a queen bed. To the left of the walk-through bedroom is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a claw foot tub and to the right is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
