Enter into the front foyer of this bright and sunny Nantucket vacation home. To the left is a large dining room with seating for ten. Through the dining room, enter the cozy sitting room with French doors to the covered porch and patio with dining table, grill and fire pit beyond. At the end of the entry hallway with powder room, you'll come into the large kitchen. There are stools along the long kitchen island and banquet/round dining table all open to the family room. The sizable mudroom off the kitchen and back porch keeps the house tidy when coming from the beach with its powder room, ample hooks and bins for towels as well as sink and washer/dryer. Beyond the mudroom, a back staircase leads to the private guest room with a king bed, en suite bath and living area. An outdoor shower is conveniently located near the drive for return from the beach.

On the second floor, there is the primary bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet and large bath with shower. Two additional bedrooms on this floor share the hall bath with a glass enclosed tub/shower and washer/dryer. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has a queen bed with twin loft.

The third floor is a great space for that overflow guest. There are large windows making it very bright and cheerful, spanning the width of the house. There are two queen beds, two day beds and a full bath.

The finished lower level offers an additional seating area with large TV.
