First Floor
Enter into the welcoming front hallway with high ceiling and stairway to the second floor. Off the foyer, under the stairwell a powder room. Straight ahead is the dining room with decorative fireplace and table which seats eight. To the right of the front foyer is the light and bright living room with decorative fireplace, couch and arm chairs for socializing. Off the living room is a cozy den with television. From the dining room enter the eat-in kitchen which has a large Leibherr fridge, Viking range and oven, two dishwashers, all high end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. Steep back stairs from the kitchen lead to the back landing on the second floor.The back door leads to a covered porch, a parking space for a modest sized vehicle, yard and an enclosed outdoor shower.
Second Floor
Walk up the stairs from the foyer to the second floor hallway. A Master bedroom with windows that overlook Pine Street has a King size bed and ensuite bath with large shower and double sinks. A guest bedroom with a Queen bed is located off of this landing, which uses a front hall bath with shower. This guest bedroom has two doors, one toward the front of the house and one to the back. If you exit through the back door, you come to a landing where steep stairs lead to the kitchen. There is laundry room with washer, dryer and linen closet. A quaint guest bedroom with Queen size bed has a reading nook with a window and uses a bathroom off the hall with a tub/shower combo. Doorway to the third floor.
Third Floor
Steep stairs from the back landing lead to the third level. An open pass thru room with large flat screen TV and built in Twin beds. A bathroom with a claw foot tub and a hand held shower hose. A room with built in Queen beds.
Lower Level
Basement area offers an additional laundry with full washer dryer. Also, there is a bulk-head leading to the side yard.
