In the rear of the home is a gorgeous new bedroom featuring a custom-tiled ensuite shower and new Queen bed. Continue outdoors to a patio complete with gas grill and lighted pergola defining a perfect space for al fresco dining for 8-10 guests.
Second Floor
Up the original staircase, the second story has a casual nautical-inspired living room/play room with television right off the Kids ensuite (shower) bedroom that has two youth beds. To the rear is a large Queen ensuite with shower. In the front of the home is a bedroom with a Queen and a hallway that leads to a full bath with a tub and shower combo. There is a door that can make this bedroom and bath combination a private suite.
