Available for one 14 day rental only. Located in the desirable Brant Point neighborhood, this fabulous Nantucket beach house is thoughtfully designed for summer living. Professionally decorated and tastefully appointed, this home is in close proximity to downtown Nantucket, Jetties Beach, Children's Beach and the Cliffside, making it an ideal Nantucket rental for vacationers wanting to be near town and calm water beaches. One month minimum in August. Garage space is not included in the rental.
First Floor
Enter off a screened-in porch into a large open plan kitchen that offers high end appliances as well as counter seating for six. There is also a wet bar situated across from the kitchen. The open plan dining area and a comfortable living room are a continuation of this space and are perfect for family gatherings. There is a den/office off the kitchen as well as a powder room and separate laundry room. There is also a first floor master bedroom with a private bathroom offering double vanities and a tiled shower. Sonos is featured throughout the home.
Second Floor
There are three bedrooms on the second floor; the master suite is situated toward the back of the house and offers two bathrooms and a separate den with access to a balcony where one can enjoy morning coffee. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double vanity and a tiled shower.
