There is a shared full bath with shower on the first floor off the kitchen and another bedroom with a queen bed off the kitchen. The kitchen has a large square marble island with stools, marble countertops, Wolf gas stove, wine cooler, Bosch dishwasher and Sub Zero refrigerator. The back door off the kitchen leads to an outdoor patio with firepit and outdoor shower.
Second Floor
Stairs in the living room lead to second floor with two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with white subway tile and a glass shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has twins and a flatscreen TV.
Lower Level
The unfinished basement offers a GE front-loading washer and dryer and access to the courtyard. For 2026, there will also be a Peloton bike and a treadmill.
Outdoor Area
Please note, the driveway is shared with the house immediately to the left, and there is room to park along the left hand side of the rental house.
