23 Orange Street is the left-hand end unit of the iconic Row Houses, set in the heart of Town, steps from Main Street. Gracious, high ceilings and lovely historic charm are preserved throughout the property. Outside, enjoy dining al fresco on the patio or lounging upon the separate, grassy yard. The house is well suited for families with multiple dining areas and three living areas, and each of the five bedrooms has its dedicated bathroom. For the 2024 season, guests will enjoy a newly painted interior, refinished floors, many new furnishings and decor pieces, new outdoor furnishings, window treatments, a second laundry area and artwork (concept boards are included in the photographs and will be updated once the new furnishings are in place, in the spring of 2024).

A grand and welcoming foyer showcases the staircase; to the right is the formal living room accented with large windows and a decorative fireplace. Beyond is the formal dining area with a large, round table with seating for ten guests, and a door leading to the patio. Passing by the powder room, the hallway leads to the family room with comfortable furnishings and a TV. Nearby is the bar area and beyond is the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is accented by a center island and a dining table with seating for eight. Two doors from this space lead to both the patio area, and to the private raised yard area.
