Located in a coveted Cisco neighborhood, this home is only a half mile from the south shore and is on the bike path network, for ease getting to 167 Raw, the brewery and Bartlett Farm. After a day at the beach, relax on the expansive bluestone patio or take a dip in the hot tub.
First Floor
Great room with a beamed ceiling, comfortable soft seating facing the center island, which has seating for four, and an adjacent dining table with seating for six. Beyond is the den with a mural of the highest point of Sanford Farm, which has a drop down panel revealing a TV. The primary suite is found on the right hand side of the home, offering a king bed and ample built ins for clothing. This room has a door leading to the patio. Beyond is the private bathroom with a shower, separate soaking tub, vanity with two sinks and interior access to a private outdoor shower. At the far left hand side of the home are two guest bedrooms; the first one, on the right, can either be made up of two twin sized beds, or pushed together to make one king sized bed. This room has a vaulted ceiling and doors leading to the patio. Straight ahead is the second guest suite, with a queen sized bed, built in desk and polished wood accents reminicent of a boat. These two rooms share the hall bathroom, which has a tub/shower, vanity with two sinks and a full sized, stacked washer and dryer.
Second Floor
A game room welcomes you at the bottom of the stairs, complete with a pool table and bar with seating. An adjacent bathroom with a shower completes this level.
Outdoor Area
The back yard is private, surrounded by gardens and accented with a large bluestone patio, a hot tub and several seating and dining areas. Two outdoor showers offer conveinence after a day at the nearby Cisco beaches.
