Through the kitchen you will find a bedroom to you right with a spacious king bed and exterior access to the backyard. In between the two bedrooms you will find a shared tiled shower/bath and vanity with a single sink. On the other side of the bathroom is a second bedroom, containing two double bunk beds, twins over doubles, with closet space. A new primary suite with a king bed is being added this October and will be ready for the 2026 rental season. Completing the first floor is a half bathroom, and a storage closet.
