There is a powder room off the front hall.

At the top of the stairs to the left is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a combination tub shower. There are three additional guest bedrooms, a single, a queen bedroom and the third guest room with two queen beds and French doors out to a private balcony. The three bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.
