There is a private garden with a bluestone patio, bistro table, and chairs. The main house is on the property and occupied. Located on a private, quiet road. This cottage a five minute walk along upper Main Street to historic downtown Nantucket. You will go past lovely houses and gardens, including the historic Three Bricks (whaling captain mansions) on your way to Town. Car not necessary as it is an easy 5 minute walk to downtown where shops, grpcery and ferry are located. This is a quiet area with just 8 homes. Nice summer community with minimal traffic. On-street parking for a car.
