This light and bright vaulted ceiling cottage is conveniently located between downtown and mid-island. It is only moments from the beach, Main Street shopping and the grocery store. Hidden from the road by tall hedges, this vacation home is private, and the outdoor space adds to the living area. There is a back patio with outdoor shower, a gas BBQ, a picnic table, and an additional cafe table with chairs.
First Floor
Enter the front door into a light and spacious dining, living and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and light pine floors. The dining table has seating for four and living area has couches and a small flat screen TV. The kitchen is open with all GE stainless steel appliances. The full bath with tub/ shower is right off the kitchen area, with granite counters and a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with two closets and a built-in window seat.
Second Floor
Stairs lead up to a loft with a daybed and office area. The daybed has two twin mattresses and can either be a Twin bed or pull out the trundle to make it a King size bed.
