First Floor

From the front door, enter into the living room with a TV; to the left is the dining room with seating for six guests. Beyond is the kitchen which includes a four burner gas stove, SubZero refrigerator, large center island and an alcove with a stackable washer/dryer. Stairs off the kitchen lead to the second floor, and a second set leads to the lower level. A bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a separate bathroom with a tub/shower complete the first floor.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is the family room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. Cabinetry holds books, games and puzzles for your enjoyment at Pleasant Lyon. There are three bedrooms on the second floor; a room with a king bed, a queen bed and a room with two twin sized beds. The three bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Lower Level

Nicknamed the 'Kid Cave', this partially finished space has with two love seats and a 48" smart TV. Beyond is the laundry/storage room with a large capacity washer and dryer, and storage for beach toys and chairs (which can also be accessed by a door leading back up to the patio).

Outdoor Area

For the 2027, the patio and gardens will be reimagined. The space will include a dining table and gas grill. There is also a parking pad for one car (very large SUV's may not fit), accessible off of Lyon Street.
