Centrally located, this five-bedroom, Nantucket vacation rental offers a fabulous pool and private fenced in back yard. The location provides easy access to Town and Nantucket's beautiful South Shore beaches. Inside, you will find a welcoming open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The outdoor amenities truly enhance its resort-like feel, featuring a concrete basketball half court, a spacious bluestone patio with a cozy fire pit, generous outdoor dining and lounging areas, and a refreshing saltwater pool. ***NOTE: This winter, the office nook on the first floor will be closed off to create an additional bedroom/office with access off the hall. We are adding a full bathroom to the back bedroom making it ensuite. Also new in 2026, most furnishing, linens, glassware, artwork, and ect. The Wave Bus stop is right across the street, offering free, easy rides to town, beaches, and spots all over the island-no car needed!
First Floor
This property welcomes you with a foyer, accessible from the front porch. French doors in the foyer open to the backyard and pool. To the left of the foyer, an open living and dining room offers ample seating. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances and a counter with seating for four. Off the living room, a sliding barn door reveals a private guest suite with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a steam shower. A new 5th bedroom/office have been added and there is a full bath across the hallway. To the right of the entry, there is a cozy primary suite which creates a private serene retreat. It includes French doors that open to the pool, remote-controlled blackout shades, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower, and generous closet space. Laundry is located in a first-floor closet foyer.
Second Floor
There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed the second with twins that share a hall bathroom which has a tub/shower.
Cottage
The small separate studio in the back yard will have a futon/day bed creating the perfect space to retreat and read a book.
