Second Floor
Up the front hallway stairs is a comfortable sitting area furnished with couch, chairs, and game table. French doors from this sitting room lead to a small deck. To the left of this area are two bedrooms, both with twin beds and private bathrooms. To the right side of the right of the living area is the master suite with a King bed, a large walk-in closet, a lovely bathroom with double sinks, a window seat, and walk in tiled shower.

The separate studio located above the garage is accessed via a staircase where you will find a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed and a separate bathroom. A small office is also located on this level.
