Enter into a foyer area with a large living room to the left of the staircase, this opens into more open concept living space, a dining room that accommodates up to 10 and expands further into an open kitchen area. There is also a kitchen island that accommodates seating for up to 5. In a hall past the living space, there is a mudroom hall that leads to the outside deck and patio. The back staircase leads up to the second floor. Additionally, there is a front study that offers a large workspace for two as well as a half bathroom.

On the second floor, there are four bedrooms. One has a king bed, with ensuite bath; there are two queen bedrooms, one of which also has an ensuite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom, also with an ensuite bathroom. Further towards the back of the second floor, there is a cozy seating area with a TV, which also connects the backstair case down to the kitchen.

The lower level of the house is finished with a bunk room that has bunk beds and one twin bed; this also has doors that access the outside via a stair to the patio area. There is a large full gym with a TV and another full bathroom as well.
