For added convenience, guests on the second floor have access to a full laundry room and very generous custom built closet space.

The lower level has a spacious family room with a 50" OLEO UHD television, a queen sleeper sofa, a game table with seating for eight, and a twin day bed with a trundle bed. You may access the yard and pool from the lower level.
