First Floor
Front hall showcases a beautiful staircase with Nantucket art adorning the walls leading to the second floor. To the left a light and bright formal family room with couches and game table. Sitting room which runs the breadth of the house accessible from the front hall and formal living area features bookcases with an extensive collection of books, a couple of chairs and couch with TV on a small round table. Pass through formal and intimate dining room with seating for six guests. Light and bright kitchen with access to yard and screened in porch. Small half bathroom. Very narrow steep staircase leading up to the second floor.
Second Floor
Off the front hallway the Master bedroom with Queen bed and a private bathroom with shower. Bedroom with one Single sized bed and private bathroom with a claw foot tub and hand held shower. Pass-through bedroom with a Queen bed also accessible via steep back stairway. Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower. Fourth Bedroom at the back of the home Bunk Beds. There is a narrow and Very steep staircase between these two rooms that leads back down to the kitchen. The stack washer/dryer is on the second floor landing of this stairway.
Cottage
Owner intermittently stays in a separate studio apartment.
