To the right is a dining area for 8 and a well-equipped brand new kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A laundry room leads off the kitchen. Two bedrooms lead off the living room to the left - one with a king size bed and private bathroom with tub shower. Waterviews from the master room. The second room has two twin beds. To the right of the living room is a room with twin size beds and a separate bathroom with tub shower.
Second Floor
An open living room has doors that open onto another deck with fabulous ocean views. A bedroom with a queen size bed and pocket doors leads off the seating room. There is a separate bathroom with a tub/shower.
Lower Level
A large open room with pool table, air hockey table and a sitting area with a large screen tv. Perfect room for the family to hang out and enjoy a movie or a game of pool. Half bath.
