This beautifully appointed Nantucket vacation rental was renovated in 2022 and is complete with a new saltwater pool. The property is located in the highly sought-after Monomoy area and offers water views of the harbor and town and easy access to the harbor beach, only 300 yards away.
First Floor
Enter into the front foyer, to the left is an office and a powder room, and straight ahead is the living room with two separate seating areas. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and French doors that open to a covered porch. To the left of the living room is a foyer that leads out to the pool area and backyard and stairs to the second floor and lower level. Just beyond is the well-equipped kitchen with marble countertops that have island seating, a four-burner stove with an infrared grill, side by side Miele 30" refrigerator and 30" freezer, wine fridge, and a dining area with seating for 8. Beyond the kitchen is a family room new flat-screen TV and a bar with refrigerated drawers and an ice maker. French doors open to the patio that offers al fresco dining for 10-12 while overlooking the pool. Off the family room are the laundry room and a full shower bathroom.
Second Floor
The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a marble tile shower, and a soaking tub. There are two additional guest bedrooms each with queen beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Stairs up from the mudroom lead to a loft room with four single beds.
Lower Level
The lower level has a media room with comfortable seating, large flat-screen television, a ping-pong table, and a powder room. The guest bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.
