From the entrance hall there is a living room to the left with comfortable furnishings. Beyond is the kitchen with a center island and a dining table with seating for six guests. Slider doors open onto the deck for additional dining space. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two twin sized beds, and a bathroom at the end of the hallway with a shower, as well as the washer and dryer.

Up the stairs leads to a large, open-stud bedroom with a queen bed. There are peeks of the pond and conservation land beyond. A half wall looks down upon the stairwell below, there is no door to close off this room. Pass-through this room to a hallway; the hallway leads to a bathroom with claw foot tub (no shower head) and beyond to a bedroom with full sized bed, and another bedroom with a full sized mattress on a raised platform, as well as a twin sized bed.
