Front entry opens to a welcoming foyer that offers a laundry area and closet. Off the front foyer is a large bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV, as well as a private bathroom with shower. Stairs also lead to the 2nd floor off the front entry. The kitchen is modern with new appliances and also includes a small kitchen table. Leading off the kitchen is a comfortable dining area with seating for six. At the front of the home and facing the water, a spacious and bright living area features a fireplace, sofa, stuffed chairs and a card/game table. A door off this gorgeous room leads out onto the covered porch where one can enjoy an early morning coffee watching the boats come and go, or cocktails in the evening as the day winds down. A powder room is located off the living room where there is another staircase to the second floor.

The second floor features three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The staircase from the front foyer leads to two bedrooms, both with twin size beds. One of the bedrooms offers a tub/shower while the other offers a shower only. The master suite is accessed from the staircase located off the living room, however it can also be accessed through one of the rooms with the twin size beds. The master suite is spacious, has a flat screen TV and has fabulous views of the harbor. There is a large walk in closet as well as a small den/office that separates the bedroom from the en-suite bathroom that has a separate tub and shower.
