With convenient access to the Cisco bike path, Bartlett Farm, 167 Raw and Cisco Brewery, it is also a short 1.5 miles to all of the shops and restaurants in Town. Truly a private, stylish and serene setting for your Nantucket vacation! This home is available for one 2-week (consecutive) rental during the 2026 season.

First Floor

A welcoming foyer leads you to the left which features an open living and dining room with a large eat-in kitchen and modern, large slider doors which open to the deck with the swimming pool and conservation land beyond. The kitchen is equipped with a sophisticated array of appliances including a Miele refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel 6 burner gas range, Bosch Dishwasher, Bosch refrigerator drink drawers as well as Wolf cookware and knife sets. To the right of the foyer is the primary suite which offers a king bed, private bathroom with a shower, and access to the private outdoor shower directly off of the interior bathroom. The second suite on this level has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A powder room and a laundry room complete the first floor.

Second Floor

Up the gorgeous staircase, the second floor offers a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin sized beds. The bathroom with a double sink vanity and a tub/shower is found in the hallway. All bathrooms include heated floors with Matouk towels; Bedrooms are comfortably outfitted with John Robshaw linens and down comforters.

Hummock Pond is ideal for nature lovers, with miles of trails, water views, and wildlife! More than a mile long, Hummock Pond is an outwash pond extending from the middle of the western portion of Nantucket down to the ocean with a barrier beach in front of it. Hummock Pond and its head are classified as coastal salt ponds. Undisrupted nature at its best.
