With seven spacious bedrooms, this home is ideal for large families or groups of friends and families looking to share a getaway. The property is centrally located, providing easy access to several beautiful beaches and the popular Cisco Brewery. Plus, the bike path is directly across the street, making it easy to explore the island without needing a car. This home rents for only 14 days each year.

First Floor

First floor offers large newly renovated kitchen which opens into family room with TV and sitting area. Dining table in kitchen can be extended for seating for ten+. Also outdoor patio off family room has an additional dining table for six. Entry way has formal living room and sitting area. Large front porch offers Adirondack chairs and rockers and gets a nice breeze. First floor also has large bedroom w/ 4 windows and full bathroom in the hallway.

Second Floor

Second floor offers five bedrooms. Master bedroom offers king size bed plus ensuite master bath (including washer/dryer). There are two other large bedrooms on the 2nd floor both with Queen beds. and two smaller bedrooms, one with a Queen and w/two twin beds. There is a 2nd full bathroom on the 2nd floor in the hallway.

Lower Level

A 600 sf finished lower level opens up to the backyard. There is a full bar area, large screen TV, 7th bedroom (with Queen bed) and full bathroom. There is a small unfinished area that is used for storage. There is also an outdoor shower located off of the lower level patio that is great to use after a day at the beach.
