This Nantucket vacation rental is convenient to Town, beaches, and The Westmoor Club. A heated pool and hot tub are being added for the 2019 season and the house has been completely refurbished with all new furniture, beds, bedding, and a newly outfitted kitchen. This property has an amazing outdoor living area complete with a fire pit, six Adirondack chairs, indoor/outdoor Sonos and stunning views of conservation land. First Floor
Open concept living gives this beautiful home a light feeling with easy access to outdoor living. The living room has comfortable seating with a large flat screen television around a decorative fireplace and is open to the dining area with seating six. French doors open out to a large wrap around deck with lounge seating, a pool, and hot tub. The well-appointed kitchen has granite countertops, island seating for two and a gas range. Just beyond the kitchen is a cozy den with a large flat screen television, a powder room with laundry and the garage with an extra refrigerator. The master suite is off the living room and has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub and glass enclosed steam shower, a separate dressing room, and a television. French doors lead out to the deck, pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower.
Second Floor
The second floor has three bedrooms; a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds and a toddler bed. There is a crib and a changing table in the hallway that leads to the bedroom twin bedroom. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.
