“Halcyon†is the south house at 66 Hulbert Ave and has parking and its front door located off Walsh Street Extension. This house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Lyman Perry-designed three-floor, modern interiors Upside-Down House with white airy WOW factor throughout; furnished verandas overlooking gardens designed by The Sconset Gardener; a large wrap-around second-floor dining deck facing west, and an easy-access Roof Walk with a stunning 180-degree water views from Dionis to the Town’s inner harbor. There is a King primary suite on the second floor as well as a Queen primary suite on the first floor with a harbor view. House has Luxury mattresses, Matouk & Frette linens, and Serena & Lily Turkish towels. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a 3rd-floor bridge/loft for an extra 2 guests or workspace and has a PELOTON; 3 full baths plus custom outdoor shower on the veranda just off the bedrooms. Sleeps 8-10. Central A/C. All new appliances. Frame & Mirror TVs, SONOS, custom outdoor shower up on the Veranda off bedrooms. *No pets at Halcyon* 200 yards to beach There are two beach access paths just around the corner from this house, 150 steps down Johnson St, or 175 steps down Dix Street. Beach accouterments are provided.
First Floor
Enter into the front foyer. To the left is a cozy living room with comfortable seating and flat-screen television, a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, and a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom. The guest suite off the foyer has two bedrooms, the first bedroom has twins, and the second has a queen bed with French doors that open to the porch and outdoor shower. The bathrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs is an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has comfortable seating and French doors that lead out to a large wrap-around deck with several seating areas. The dining area has seating for six and the fully equipped kitchen has stone countertops, a six-burner gas range, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom.
Third Floor
The third floor has two desks and two built-in day beds, the perfect spot to relax and read a book. Stairs lead up to the windows walk where you will enjoy spectacular views.
