First Floor
From the covered front porch, enter into a welcoming foyer with stairs leading to the second floor. Straight ahead is the family room with a flat screen TV, large window seat, wet bar and access to the back porch. Beyond is the mudroom, perfect for all things beach related, which includes the laundry room (2 sets of washers and dryers) and an office nook. Off of the family room is a bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower as well as a fantastic bunk room with sleeping for four; the upper bunks are twins and the lower bunks are full sized mattresses. Stemming from the foyer is a large bedroom with two queen sized beds, a flat screen TV, dressing area and a large bathroom with double sinks and a glass shower.
Second Floor
The Great Room is a light filled and airy space which includes the living area with gas fireplace, access to the front and back upper decks as well as a dining area with seating for 10 guests. The kitchen has a very large center island with seating for 6 guests and is appointed with a Wolf 6-burner gas range and a SubZero double refrigerator. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, large window seat, dressing area and a bathroom with double vanities and a large glass shower. Also on this level is a guest room, also with a king sized bed, along with custom built cabinetry and night stands, a flat screen TV and a bathroom with a shower. There is an additional sliding pocket door off of this bathroom which may be opened or closed, allowing guests to utilize the space as a powder room as well.
Cottage
Charming summer cottage located at the back of the property includes a lovely living area with a TV, kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer drawers, Wolf induction stove top and a sink. The bedroom beyond is appointed with a king bed, flat screen TV, closet with a laundry area and a bathroom with a shower.
