Eat-in kitchen is open to living room with French doors that lead to the back yard and patio. Formal dining room located off the kitchen. Separate sitting area toward the front of the house, with another sitting area adjacent to the dining room. Full bath with tub/shower combo on this floor.

Second Floor

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, and is en suite with a shower. Two guestrooms have Twin beds and the third bedroom has a single. They share a hall bath with shower. Three window air conditioners are on this level.
