A corridor will lead you to the laundry room with a refrigerator, and beyond to two more suites. The first suite has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a marble and glass shower. Towards the front of the home is a bedroom with a king sized bed, door leading to a private front porch, and a bathroom with a double vanity and a marble and glass shower.

At the top of the stairs is a welcoming, light filled kitchen with a L-shaped center island with seating for four+ guests. For those dining at home, enjoy the quality of the SubZero refrigerator, Wolf stove and peekaboo views of the boats rounding Brant Point from the windows over the farmers sink. The second floor back deck has a dining table with seating for six guests and a gas grill, all overlooking the adjacent Conservation Land. The living room is adjacent, with beams accenting the ceiling, a TV and a Thos. Moser dining table and chairs for eight guests. Beyond is the primary suite with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, marble and glass shower and a separate soaking tub.

Small sitting room to take a call or to read a book. Beyond is owners personal storage which will be inaccessible.
