Accessed by way of a staircase from the living room, the third floor features a wonderful hangout loft space with built in seating, a TV and lovely peeks of the water and incoming ferries through the great room fan window. Beyond is a cozy reading room with comfortable seating that is ideal for morning coffee and also setup to accommodate remote work, with an adjustable height desk. The reading room has a private balcony that is perfect for evening cocktails, taking in views of the North Shore beaches and the Bird Sanctuary.
